DooM Cover Art Remake

This is my entry for 's "Recreate a picture competition" [link]. Click the picture to view in full size.

This is a remake of the classic 1993 Doom cover by the late Don Punchatz recreated using assets from the 2016 Doom reboot (aka Doom 4). I tried to make this picture look like it is the box art of the game, hence the large (old school) DooM logo and the id Software logo.

Made with XPS 11.8 and edited in Paint.NET.

Models used:
- Doom Slayer, Imp and combat shotgun models ported to SFM by BlueFlytrap (available here) and converted for use in XPS by me. Special thanks to ShaunsArtHouse for his assistance getting the Imp and combat shotgun models for me!
- BBS Cliffs stone model extracted from "Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep" (belongs to Square Enix) by LexaKiness [link]
