With the Reapers destroyed and peace all around the galaxy Shepard has finally decided it is a good moment to ask Ashley the very fateful question: "Will you marry me?"... :) Ashley may look a little surprised by the events, but of course she's going to answer "Sir, yessir!" as a good soldier given she's been expecting this ever since the night before Ilos... :D

Ideally this picture follows the events of my earlier "Night at the Flux" [link]. There it was suggested that Shepard had some "unexpected" plans for his night with Ashley and indeed he does! Thought it would be fitting with the Ashley romance if Shepard opted for an "old style" proposal with a ring and all that! ;)

Even after Shepard saved the galaxy twice Ashley still dared to question his motives and even refused
to join his squad in ME2. They are not a perfect couple. Not even close. Tali or Liara are much better. But that's my own opinion. Please don't get offended by it.

Indeed they are my fav ME pairing! :D Quite "unsurprisingly" my Shepard romancing Ashley is the only one for which I played through all three ME games! ;)

Agreed, she gets too few on-screen time in ME2... at least the game is great so I could forgive Bioware for that! :)
